About Onleilove Alston
Onleilove (pronounced Onlylove) Chika Alston, CEO of Her Wisdom Consulting, Chika’s Closet, and Founder of Prophetic Whirlwind: Uncovering the Black Biblical Destiny. Onleilove was born and raised in East New York, Brooklyn. For over 10 years Onleilove worked professionally as a progressive faith-based community organizer. For four years she served as the second executive director of Faith in Action-Faith in New York, where she led a multiracial and multifaith organizing federation of 70+ congregations representing 80,000 New Yorkers who are working to Build the Beloved City — where all of God’s children can live in dignity. Onleilove is also a community organizer, speaker, and writer.
